• Limited technical and usage information collected by Vercel Speed Insights and Vercel Web Analytics, such as page visits, performance measurements, and interactions with contact, audit, form, and chat features, to help us improve the path to an appointment.

Site Measurement and Tracking

We use Vercel Speed Insights and privacy-focused Vercel Web Analytics to measure site performance, page usage, and conversion interactions such as partnership-audit clicks, phone or email clicks, form progress and successful submissions, and chat progress. These measurements do not include the names, contact details, or message content you submit. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags, advertising pixels, or retargeting technologies on this site. If we add optional analytics or advertising technologies in the future, they will not load unless you give consent through the site’s consent controls. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.

Contact Forms and Chat

Contact-form and lead-chat submissions are sent to our team by email through Resend. The Dillon chat assistant sends the conversation content needed to answer a question to OpenAI. We use submitted details to respond to the request and, where separately agreed, to contact you by email or phone. SMS marketing is optional and only applies when you select the SMS consent checkbox. Please do not share sensitive personal, financial, health, or account information in a contact message or chat.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages from Powrful Media (for example, by selecting the SMS consent checkbox on our contact or lead forms), you agree to receive informational and occasional marketing text messages from Powrful Media. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Powrful Media also provides software and marketing services that send text messages on behalf of our business clients, such as home-improvement contractors. Those messages are sent only to individuals who opted in directly to that business, and are governed by that business’s own privacy policy.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Sharing and Retention

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share information with service providers, platform partners, legal authorities when required, or in connection with a business transfer. We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain business records, or comply with legal obligations.
